Here at Mad Wax Melts we want to ensure that our products reach you in tip top condition, this may mean during hot weather we have to hold orders until the weather has cooled.
If the weather is forecast to be over 23oc will hold orders for postage, however if you require you order sent regardless of the temps forecast please put this in the notes, orders will be posted at your risk eg if your order melts we can not be held responsible.
orders that we deem safe to post will be our risk and should they not arrive in tip top condition we will work with you to ensure you get what you have paid for.
